Who is responsible

Flowrevenueai is run by Nahiduzzaman and Arman in Gothenburg, Sweden. We are responsible (the "data controller") for the personal data described on this page.

What data we collect

• Through the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional) and your message.
• When you email or talk to us: whatever you choose to share, for example contact details, information about your business and how you work today.
• When you visit the site: our web host's servers automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of visit. This is used to run and protect the site, not to identify you.

Please don't send sensitive information, such as health data, through the form.

Why we use it

• To reply to your inquiry.
• To discuss whether a pilot or project makes sense for you, and to prepare a quote.

We don't add you to newsletters or marketing without asking first, and we never sell your details.

Legal basis under GDPR

• Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)): we have a legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and you can reasonably expect a reply.
• Steps before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)): when you ask about a project, we use your details to take the steps you ask for before an agreement, such as a call or a quote.

Who else handles your data

We use a few trusted service providers ("processors"). They handle data on our behalf and only as we instruct:

• Formspree (based in the US): receives messages from the contact form and forwards them to our inbox.
• Hostinger: provides our email.

Some of these providers may store or access data outside the EU/EEA (Formspree is based in the US). When that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

If no project starts, we delete your messages and contact details within 12 months of our last contact.

If we start working together, we keep what's needed for the collaboration, and accounting records for as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires. Server logs are kept only for a short time by our web host.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access: get a copy of the data we have about you.
• Correction: have incorrect data fixed.
• Deletion: ask us to delete your data.
• Objection: object to us using your data based on legitimate interest.

You can also ask us to restrict how we use your data, or to get it in a portable format. Just email hello@flowrevenueai.com and we'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), at imy.se.

Cookies and local storage

The site doesn't use any cookies: no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.

It doesn't store anything else in your browser either. The English and Swedish versions are separate pages, so there's no language setting to save.

Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading the site doesn't send your data to Google or other font services.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
